Ash777 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities in Plain Language

These terms and conditions apply to the ash777 platform and all its services. By using the platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

• If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Accurate and truthful information is required when registering at ash777. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be suspended at any time.

• One Person, One Account: Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must remain active, as they are used for OTP verification and account communications.
• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone else. Members are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.
• To update account details such as your phone number or email, please contact support — these cannot be changed directly by the member.
• Ash777 may request account verification or additional documentation at any time, without needing to provide a reason.

All transactions on ash777 are processed in BDT. Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and bank transfers are supported.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for bKash and Nagad, ৳200 for Rocket, and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Using a different method requires approval from support.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus balance.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — Bronze: ৳20,000, Silver: ৳30,000, Gold: ৳50,000, Platinum and Diamond: unlimited (subject to verification).
• Ash777 reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions if unusual activity or suspected money laundering is detected.
• If a deposit fails, contact support with your transaction ID — most issues are resolved within 30 minutes.

Ash777 offers Sports Betting, live betting, and accumulator bets. Specific rules apply to each bet type.

• Bet Cancellation Conditions: Bets may be voided if a match is abandoned or rescheduled, if bets are accepted at abnormal odds due to a system error, or if arbitrage betting is detected.
• If a bet is cancelled, the full stake is returned to your balance — no penalties applied.
• In live betting, wagers are no longer accepted after a certain point in the match — this is part of the standard rules.
• Maximum bet limit: The minimum bet per match or game is ৳50, with a maximum of ৳5,00,000 (different limits may apply for select special events).
• Up to 15 matches can be added to an accumulator bet. If any single match result is incorrect, the entire accumulator is lost.
• In the event of any dispute over a bet outcome, ash777's decision shall be considered final.

Ash777 offers a variety of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, deposit match bonus, free bets, cashback, and lottery free tickets. Separate terms apply to each.

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 10–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before making a withdrawal. The exact figure is listed on each bonus offer page.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of the date they are credited. Once the validity period expires, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next one begins only after the current one is completed.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are credited to your main balance, but the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Ash777 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, though this will not affect bonuses already in progress.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and restrictions may be placed on the account.

Ash777's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with its own set of benefits and requirements.

• Points Calculation: 1 VIP point is earned for every ৳100 wagered (bets placed with bonus balance do not earn points).
• Tier Upgrade: Once you accumulate the required points, you'll be automatically promoted to the next tier. Points do not reset monthly — your total points carry over.
• Downgrade Policy: Three consecutive months of inactivity may result in a tier demotion.
• VIP cashback is credited automatically every Monday. A minimum number of transactions per month must be met to qualify.
• Diamond and Platinum members are assigned a dedicated VIP manager, though this benefit may be temporarily unavailable under certain circumstances.
